This Tunisian Community Center entity aims to deal with issues of particular concern to Tunisian and Tunisian-American women, and provide their perspectives: a small window onto their world. While the Section is about women, it is not for women only: it is an invitation to all, to learn about one another, to share one’s experiences, and to enrich our perspectives.    

Topics we would like to tackle here will concern the Tunisian and Tunisian-American woman. We will be glad to explore her relationship with herself and the world (Tunisia, the United States, economics, society, art, etc.).  Through interviews, essays, short stories, poetry, photography, paintings, and other forms of expression, we encourage women to tell their own stories and to represent themselves.
