Our company was formed March 3, 1986. Provident Title Company opened its doors with just nine employees and a commitment to become one of the leading service oriented title companies in our operating area. The growth and expansion of Provident Title Company have been outstanding. The growth has been controlled. Our service level has consistently remained extraordinary as attested to by our customers. The company’s standard for turnaround time on preliminary title reports has stayed constant. They average three days. We deliver our product in a very timely manner! Provident Title Company was formed by its founders to give service to our clients. We are a different type of title company in that we do not choose or attempt to be "all things to all people" as do most title companies. Provident Title Company was the 23rd title company at the time of its founding, formed to compete in the Los Angeles County marketplace. In reality, we believed that there was not a need for a new title entity in the county unless that entity was different in that they gave service rather than just talking about giving service or claiming to provide service. Provident Title Company is that company. We give service. The title business is a people business. We at Provident Title Company strongly believe that our staff represents one of the most experienced and knowledgeable in the industry. It is a blend of both marketing and technical expertise. We are fortunate that Provident possesses a marriage of both of these necessary ingredients to operate a successful title organization. The company’s Board of Directors, the policy setting team, reflects this blend of sales and underwriting. This blend has significantly contributed to our success. Let us reflect on our staff. The number of years is significant as it represents just five individual’s commitment to the title field. It shows a management team who learned the business from entry-level positions to their current status of ownership. Current management’s background exhibits in its history entry-level positions such as messengers, customer service representatives, retrieval clerks, and printers, sales, title officers, advisory title offices, supervisors, title examining, branch managers, division managers, etc. The company has a rare and unique blend of quality experience. We at Provident Title are proud to announce our expansion into an additional five counties in Southern California - Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, and San Diego.
